Macaroon Recipe
6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut
Boil first 4 ingredients for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add coconut and oatmeal and mix well. Drop onto wax paper to desired size. Wait until dry to lift off.

Buffalo Chicken Dip w/ Frank's Red Hot

1 (8 oz.)pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
1/2 cup Bleu cheese or ranch dressing
2 cups Shredded cooked chicken.
1/2 cup Crumbled bleu cheese or your favorite shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.
BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.

Josh Stepaniak's Cheesy Potatoes
Josh is a co-worker / friend of Jason's and he gave him this recipe for Cheesy Potatoes... they are quite yummy!!
2 lbs. of frozen hash browns (thaw for 30 minutes) -- buy the cubed hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ lbs. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp cheddar cheese)
salt / pepper
Mix all ingredients
Spread in 13” x 9” cake pan
Crumbled 1 cup potato chips (Lays) on top
Bake @ 375 degrees for 1 hour

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Bake 13 minutes
Makes 30 cookies
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter (soften)
1 Cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt and set aside
Beat Butter, Peanut Butter, and sugars in a large bowl with a mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in Eggs and Vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
Drop tablespoons of dough on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Flatten with fork criss-cross pattern.
Bake 10 - 13 minutes or until golden.

Corn Fritters
This is a recipe from Grandpa Stobbs, a childhood favorite and great when you're on a budget and need to feed a bunch of people!
1 Large Can Cream Corn
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper (sprinkle as if putting on food)
1 Cup of Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix together and fry in cast iron frying pan as you would cook a pancake. Cook to taste.
Serve with butter and chips (fries) and enjoy!
